EUROPEAN SOCIAL SECURITY LAW BOOK‏.- Practitioners of law specialized in social security needs to be up-to-date on the most recent developments in legislation, jurisprudence and best practice in this field.

The new EU social security coordination rules entered into force on 1 May 2010. The new legal framework significantly modernises and simplifies the rules for coordination of social security systems. One of the main innovations is the obligation to exchange data electronically between institutions by 1 May 2012 through the EESSI system.
